Payments & Gift Vouchers

We accept payment by Sterling Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Visa Debit. We accept contact less payments, and we accept Apple Pay up to the value of £45. Cashback is not available. We do not accept cheques, Euros or PayPal.

We are not part of the National Garden Gift Voucher scheme and do not accept garden gift vouchers.

There are no cashpoint facilities on site.

Car Parking

We have nearly 2 acres of car parking available exclusively for our customers while shopping at Country Market.

Our facilities include designated disabled parking bays close to the entrance, and designated parent & toddler spaces.

There is a designated dropping off and loading area at the entrance.

Use of the car park for driving instruction, practice or tests, long term parking or any other unauthorised commercial activities is not permitted and will be chargeable.

Shop Mobility

All of Country Market is set on one level throughout and is accessible to all users. Dedicated disabled parking bays are provided close to our entrance. We do have wheelchairs and a wheelchair shopping trolley available for free use while you visit Country Market.

Coach Parties

Country Market is well located as a break stop, conveniently positioned between London, Guildford and Portsmouth with many places of interest within the local area.

We offer free coach parking, easy access directly off the A325 and spacious facilities. Please book your coach party visit in advance and we will ensure that parking provision is made.

Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging

There is provision in our car park to provide future public electric vehicle (EV) charging points.

General Facilities

From April 2021 there is a 20p charge for each re-usable carrier bag. Our branded carrier bags are manufactured for us in the UK. They are both re-usable and recyclable. Profits from this charge are used to directly support local charities and charity lead events.

Free high speed Wi-Fi is available in the restaurant & coffee shop areas.

Toilets & Baby Changing

Our customer washroom facilities are wheelchair accessible and include parenting facilities

Dogs

All dogs are welcome at the pet shop, Pets Corner, which has a separate access to the centre and all dogs are also welcome at the outdoor area to the Good Taste Coffee Shop. Guide Dogs only are permitted within the main centre.

Home Delivery

Local home delivery is available on almost all our products and subject to an additional charge.  Our local delivery vehicle is 100% electric, powered by energy generated from the large 250kw solar PV system on the roof of our building.

CCTV images are recorded on our property for the purposes of public safety, crime prevention and facilities management.
