Recommended cooking instructions for our range of loose and pre-prepared frozen pastries.
Allergen warning:
Where products are sold loose or unpackaged there is a possibility allergens may carry from one product to another. Allergens include peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, milk, egg, shellfish (crustaceans or molluscs) & fish. We don't recommend them if you have food allergies from which you may suffer anaphylactic shock. We also urge caution for other allergen sufferers as there is a risk of cross contamination from celery, gluten, lupins, mustard, soya and sulphites which may be present in the same freezer.
All Butter Croissant
Light and flaky sweet pastry. Made in France to a traditional recipe. Leave out to prove over night, they will double in size and be a real winner for breakfast!
Prove overnight on a baking tray at room temperature, then egg-wash and bake at 190ºC / 170ºC Fan /375ºF/Gas Mark 5 for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.

Almond Croissant
Light and flaky pastry with a soft, sweet almond centre, topped with a sprinkling of flaked almonds
Spread out on a baking tray and leave to thaw for 30 mins at room temperature. Bake at 170ºC Fan/375ºF/Gas Mark 5 for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

Cook from frozen on a baking tray at 180°C Fan /400°F/Gas Mark 6 for 15 minutes.

Blueberry Danish
A flaky, golden pastry plait filled with blueberries and a creamy custard. Perfect for a lazy brunch with tea or coffee.
Cook from frozen. Place on a baking tray. Pre-heat oven to 220°C Fan/Gas Mark 9, then reduce to 190°C Fan/Gas Mark 6 and cook for 20 – 23 minutes until golden brown. Leave to cool and crisp up for 5 minutes.

Tender chicken breast stuffed with a rich garlic and herb butter. Coated in a golden crunchy crumb. Delicious served with vegetables, sweet potato chips and a little squeeze of lemon juice.
Cook from frozen on a baking tray at 180°C Fan/400°F/Gas Mark 6 for 30 minutes until golden brown & cooked throughout.

Creamy Potato Gratin
Perfect little potato stacks, luxuriously layered with creamy Emmental cheese sauce. Present the perfect potato side dish or create a beautiful bunch – just add eggs, bacon or spinach!
Cook from frozen. Oven cook: Place on a baking tray at 220ºC Fan /425°F/Gas Mark 9 for 20-25 minutes.

Garlic Mushrooms

Cook from frozen on a baking tray at 200ºC Fan/425°F/Gas Mark 7 for 12 minutes.
Fry for 4 minutes at 180ºC.

Cook from frozen on a baking tray at 180ºC Fan/400°F/Gas Mark 6 for 25-30 minutes until golden brown top and bottom. Air fry not recommended.

Mixed White Fishcake

Cook from frozen. Oven: Place on a baking tray and cook at 200°C Fan /425°F/Gas Mark 7 for 20-22 minutes. Grill: Medium heat for 6-10 minutes until crisp and golden. Fry: In oil on a medium heat for 6-7 minutes. Deep fry: In pre-heated oil at 180°C for 4-5 minutes. Air fry: Not recommended.

Cook from frozen. Place on a baking tray and cook at 200°C Fan/ 425°F / Gas Mark 7 for 13 – 15 minutes, turning once half way through cooking. Deep fry: 180°C for 5 – 6 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
Air fry: Place on a baking tray in a single layer and cook at 180°C for 8 minutes, turning half way. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
